Yudit Maros, LMFT, C.Ht, is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and a psychotherapist in private practice in Ridgefield, CT, with 30 years of clinical experience. She is the author of “Apple of My I: The Four Practices of Self-Love“, a trainer of therapists, and the originator of Authenticity Therapy©, a body-centered, research based and trauma integrated method for positive self-parenting. She is also a regular presenter at the annual conferences of the AAMFT.
